Fisch

Makrele ist ein fett- und ölreicher Fisch und daher ein ausgezeichneter Lieferant von Omega 3 Fettsäuren, die nachweislich das Risiko von Herzerkrankungen und anderen Krankheiten reduzieren. Wie Thunfisch oder Austern ist sie auch eine hervorragende Quelle von Selen, das Bestandteil eine wichtigen Antioxidans ist, das in jeder Körperzelle vorkommt. Makrelen liefern auch reichlich Vitamin B12. Die äußeren Schichten der Fische sind rötlich, das innere Fleisch ist dagegen heller. Das Verhältnis von rotem und hellem Fleisch hängt von der Art ab, genauso übrigens wie der Fettanteil.

 

 


     
 
 
King Fish
The king fish is a slender, streamlined fish, slightly flattened from side to side with a tapered head. Its color ranges from an iridescent bluish green on its back to its silvery sides.

Rohu comes mainly from Bangladesh. Rohu fish curry is made on every important occasions since it is very delicious.

Smoked Fillet
Any fish can be smoked, but we recommend using higher-fat content fishes such as salmon and trout. The higher fat content which helps absorb the smoke flavor and these fish have a better texture than low-fat fish which tend to turn dry.
